A chat icon will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Click it to begin your conversation with an IT Service Desk Analyst.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
- If the chat does not load or gives an error, try one of the following:

Option 1 — Use Incognito / InPrivate mode
Chrome / Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P -
Option 2 — Clear browser cache & cookies
Chrome / Edge: Ctrl + Shift + Delete → select Cookies & Cache → Clear
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + Delete → choose Cookies & Cache → OK
